its been almost nearly 2 months ever since i came back from aust.
a SPLENDID awesome fantastic time with dearie sista,
i shall say.
and just 4days ago,
i bought her a iLuv speaker for her iPod.
thats for being the ...
BEST SISTER eva!!!
with proud, i wrapped it with half wrapping paper and silicon paper.
(i'm at work,mind you. thats the best i could find there).
with loads of paper tape followed by an expensive BLOODY card.
but its sweeeet and nice.
perfect for her.
1week hols for her is so fast.
i can hardly feel her presence.
now, i'm all alone.
back to square one.
no one to drive me ard.
no one to fetch me from work.
no one to laugh with me & brings me to dreamland.
cause no one can replace her.
she's my only LOVELY sweeeet sister i always talk abt.

baked some coookies last weeek.

i'm here, still at werk but leaving early i suppose cause not enuff cleaners to wash our stuffs later.

just finish during labour jobs that francis asked me to.

been busy.
and i dont think much people cared.
and it doesnt matter too.

school started and all.
as always.
started my culinary skills and stuffs.
the kitchen is totally not like pastry side.
which was air-conditioned and all.
culinary kitchen was far away diff from ours.
sooo dirrty and freaking un-organized.
but its better said than to be undone.

this is how my first class of culinary.
straght 4 to 5 hours standing and somehow, we all was concentrating and all.
we hunch-back and teacher was talking crap.
haha.

so here's MY plate of BASIC CUTS OF VEG.
in julienne, brunoise, batonettes, macedoine, paysanne, chiffonade and chopped(the simplest)
you have to actually cut them in identical for all.
so could you imagine how hard it is for us??

eg: 50mm X 10mm X 10mm
you could imagine how hard we need to use a ruler and make a cut at our finger.
